Getting to Clun

Clun is in South Shropshire, about one hour from Shrewsbury to the North and Hereford to the South and 45 minutes from Ludlow to the South East.
Details of how to reach Clun by road, and other practical information on the town, are available on the
Clun website

If you arrive by car, you will be directed by stewards to the official car parking areas.

Please DO NOT park in Clun's narrow streets. This is very important as the police are aware of problems with blocked streets during the Festival and will not allow us to continue with the Festival next year if this years visitors park inappropriately.

Disabled parking will be available to badge holders in the car park adjacent to Clun Bridge but please note that there are limited spaces.

Cost of parking at designated car parks in Clun will be approx. £3 per car. There will be two Car Parks on either side of the B4368 (Craven Arms Road) at Turnpike Lane and Clun Industrial Estate. There will also be a Car Parks at Clun Memorial Hall on the Guilden Down Road and also just off the B4368 Newcastle on Clun Road.

Travel Announcment: Due to road repairs on Hurst Farm corner, on the road into Clun from Craven Arms (B4368) there are traffic lights. Please allow extra time for your journey and where possible, please use other routes into Clun from Knighton, Bishops Castle/Montgomery and Newcastle/Newtown. Still use the designated Car Parks as normal.

Please follow stewards advice at all times
